Programme governance is the responsibility of the EPP Operations sub-committee, which oversees planning, and provides governance and direction. The Committee meets every 2 - 3 weeks to review progress

The Programme Director is Francis Lewis who was appointed in mid-February. The Programme Office was started in mid March and the Programme Office Coordinator is Patrice Khan.
